What is THCA flower?
THCA is the acid form of THC found in raw hemp flower. Our flower is federally legal hemp because it tests at or under 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight. Every strain lists its THCA and Δ9 THC percentages on the product page, taken from the batch’s Certificate of Analysis.
Is it legal where I live?
We ship hemp-derived flower compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. We cannot ship to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island or Texas. We make no representation about legality in your specific city or county, so please check your local rules before ordering.
Is it lab tested?
Yes. Every batch has a third-party Certificate of Analysis covering cannabinoid potency, terpenes and contaminants. See the COA page and match the lot number printed on your bag.
How fast does it ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day; otherwise the next business day. Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 days with USPS tracking. See the Shipping Policy.
How discreet is the packaging?
Your flower comes in a smell-proof foil bag inside a plain box. There is no branding or product description on the outside.
What weights do you sell?
Every strain comes in 3.5g, 7g, 14g and 28g. Pick the weight on the product page and the price updates. When a weight is sold out it is marked and can’t be added to your bag.
How should I store it?
Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of direct light. The foil bag is resealable; a glass jar in a dark cupboard is even better for longer storage.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts, no passwords and no profiles. When you want to see tracking or past orders, enter the email you used at checkout and we send a one-tap sign-in link. That’s it.
What do you keep about me?
Only what it takes to ship and support your order: the email you gave us, the shipping name and address, and the payment reference from the processor (we never see or store card or bank numbers). We don’t save addresses for later, we don’t track abandoned carts, and we don’t build a profile. Name, address and email are purged from an order 180 days after it ships, automatically. You can also erase your data yourself from the orders page.
How do I pay?
Credit and debit cards through Authorize.net, or bank pay through Aeropay. You must confirm you are 21 or older at checkout.
What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right. See the Refund Policy.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not right now. Everything on the menu is a one-time purchase. If that changes, the Subscription Policy describes how it would work.
