Where we ship

We ship to 43 US states. We do not ship to: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, or Texas due to local hemp restrictions. Orders from those states are auto-cancelled and refunded.

We do not currently ship internationally or to PO Boxes / APO/FPO addresses.

How long it takes

• Processing: orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1 business day.
• Transit: USPS flat-rate, typically 2–7 business days depending on destination.
• Tracking: you’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Cost

$9.99 flat-rate USPS, regardless of order size.

Subscription renewals

Renewal orders ship on or near the renewal date each month. You’ll get the same tracking notification.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the box reveals the contents: a smell-proof foil bag inside a plain mailer.

Lost or stolen

USPS handles delivery; once tracking shows “delivered” we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Reach out and we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a replacement.
