Subscription Policy

Current status

Krippy Express does not currently offer subscriptions; every order is a one-time purchase. The terms below apply only if a Subscribe & save option appears on a product page.

How it works

When you select Subscribe & save, you are enrolling in a monthly recurring program. Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days from the date of your initial order until you cancel.

What you get

Each renewal ships the strain and weight you subscribed to. If that strain is out of stock at renewal we will contact you to swap or skip; we never substitute without asking.

Pricing

The subscription price you signed up at is locked. We may change the price for new sign-ups but your rate stays the same as long as your subscription is active.

Skip a month

Email us at hello@krippyexpress.com at least 3 days before renewal to skip a month.

Pause / cancel

Pause or cancel any time via your account portal. See the Cancellation Policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, we’ll retry 1–3 times depending on processor. After 3 failures the subscription is automatically paused and we’ll email you to update payment.
