This Privacy Policy describes how Krippy Express (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit, purchase from, or otherwise interact with krippyexpress.com (the “Site”).

The short version

No accounts, no passwords, no profiles. We keep only what it takes to ship and support your order, we never see your card or bank numbers, and you can erase your data from the orders page whenever you like.

What we keep

  • To ship your order: the email you entered at checkout, the shipping name and address, what you bought, and the payment reference our processor returns. We never receive or store full card or bank numbers; those stay with Authorize.net or Aeropay.
  • To sign you in: nothing beyond that email. Sign-in links are emailed on request and expire after 15 minutes. We store no passwords.
  • If you opt in: your email on our drop-alert list. You can leave it from any email or from the orders page.
  • Store credit and points: a balance tied to your email, if you have earned any.
  • For compliance: the 21+ confirmation lives in a cookie on your device. When an order is cancelled because its shipping state is restricted, we keep the ZIP code and state of that cancelled order for 24 months.

What we don’t keep

  • No saved addresses or address book.
  • No abandoned-cart tracking: if you don’t finish a checkout, nothing is recorded.
  • No browsing profile, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking cookies.
  • No card or bank details.

How long

The name, address, email and payment payload on an order are purged automatically 180 days after it ships, which covers the refund and chargeback window. What remains is the order number, what was bought, the amounts, the shipping state and the processor’s reference. Erasing your data from the orders page removes your email from our customer list and any marketing list immediately; the order itself follows the 180-day rule.

Who we share with

Only the companies that make an order happen: Authorize.net and Aeropay (payment), Shippo and the carrier (delivery), and Resend (order and sign-in emails). We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies

First-party cookies only: the 21+ confirmation, your bag, and the sign-in session after you use a link.

Your rights

Erase your data from the orders page, or email us and we will do it for you. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
