Refund Policy

All sales are final once shipped

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This protects the safety and quality of every customer’s order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@krippyexpress.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Restricted states

If you accidentally place an order from a state we do not ship to (Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, or Texas), your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full within 24 hours.

Subscription renewals

Already-shipped renewal orders are not refundable. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to prevent the next charge.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
