What THCA flower is
THCA is the acid form of THC that raw cannabis flower actually contains. Heat converts it to THC. Flower that tests at or under 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight is hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, which is what lets it ship to most of the country. Ours is grown, cured and trimmed like any top-shelf flower, then lab tested batch by batch.
